Description
Replacement White Chemical Filter (best seller!) for chemical feed drum locks. White media makes it easy to determine when to replace the filter. Radial cut design is flexible and allows for use with a range of tubing sizes, from standard 3/8" OD chemical feed tubing all the way up to 1" (although we recommend the All-in-One filter for tubing larger than 3/4".) This filter has a "memory" which allows it to form around your feed tubing even if the tubing is at a slight angle or is not a common size. Easy to switch between different tubing sizes due to the flexibility of the material.
All of our filters are resistant to all chemicals that can be stored safely in a plastic drum.* The cross-linked, closed cell, high-density, copolymer offers extreme chemical and water resistance. Each filter (except the solid filter) can be divided into 2 halves for easy assembly around your feed tubing. Made of closed cell, cross-linked plastizote LDPE, the filters can withstand a pH range from 1-13. Check Chemical Compatibility
It is recommended to replace the filter every 6 months, or when deterioration of the filter is present.

*None of our drum clamps are safe for use with chemicals that are only stored in metal drums, such as fuels, hydrocarbons, etc. Such chemicals are generally not safe for use with plastics.
