Limited Volume Insert Vials

Limited Volume Insert Vials for autosamplers are comprised of an outer vial and an insert of either borosilicate type I glass or plastic. Inserts can be ordered and assembled separately or come pre-fused in an Interlock design to eliminate insert movement and prevent needle damage. LVI chromatography vials come in various sizes, the most common being 100ul and 300ul. Interior designs are either conical or have a flat bottom.
