Conductivity (TDS)
The electrical conductivity (EC) of a liquid differs based on the chemicals and substances found in the solution. The EC value is measured in microSiemens (µS/cm.) Substances dissolved in liquids (Total Dissolved Solids) can include salts, minerals, metals and compounds measured in parts per million (PPM) and in milligrams/liter. Conductivity standards are made from various salts or other ionizable chemicals, such as sodium chloride or potassium chloride. They provide accurate, reliable and reproducible generation of the EC values for laboratory processes. Conductivity Standards and Products Catalog Quick List
