BOD Bottles

BOD Bottles come in standard 300mL size or 60mL sizes, and come either numbered or plain (without printed numbers) with a ground pennyhead or robotic stopper. As incubation bottles, BOD Bottles are used for the Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD) testing. Over five-day BOD or BOD5 testing processes, diluted samples are incubated in these specially designed bottles that permit the solution filling the bottle to push all air out from the bottle. Generally made from Type I borosilicate glass.
