96-Well Plate, lipoGrade, U-bottom, Transparent, Pack/100

BRANDplates^® LipoGrade microplates feature specially treated surfaces for use in a variety of immunological assays, such as ELISA, RIA, FIA and more. 96-well immunoassay plates feature blue alphanumeric embossing for easy well identification and are packaged in 20 stacks of 5 plates each (100 plates). Each stack comes with one lid.

BRAND lipoGrade™ plates feature a strongly hydrophobic/lipophilic surface, for the immobilization of biomolecules with strongly hydrophobic regions. They are an alternative to the immunoGrade™ plates for solid phase assays, and are a choice for homogeneous assays with hydrophilic molecules that remain in solution. The lipoGrade™ surface is a strongly hydrophobic and a good choice for solid phase assays with hydrophobic molecules or liquid phase assays with hydrophilic molecules.

U-bottom plates features a round-shaped well bottom. Wells with a U-bottom have no edges, so they are well suited for stirring and washing of samples. This bottom shape is used for agglutination and other assays requiring these tasks.

Plates with immunological surfaces are not sterilized but are tested for the following criteria: Endotoxins < 0.01 EU/mL, free of DNA, DNase and RNase, free of cytotoxic substances according to DIN EN ISO 10 993.
